1. Who we are

North Shutter is a trading name of Iftimi Alexandru Paul PFA, an authorised sole trader (persoană fizică autorizată) in Romania. Contact: contact@northshutter.dev.

Iftimi Alexandru Paul PFA is the seller and your contracting party for every purchase. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Iftimi Alexandru Paul PFA, trading as North Shutter.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: website templates and themes (currently Shopify themes), delivered as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes the main features and the platform it works with. Use of the files is governed by our License. How this website handles accessibility is described in our Accessibility Statement.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The final price, including any taxes that apply, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is a one-time charge, processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. You can pay by card or by the other methods Stripe offers for your country (for example Apple Pay or Google Pay); the available methods are shown on the checkout page before you pay. We never see or store your full card details. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. Stripe emails you a receipt as confirmation.

4. Delivery

After payment you are taken to a download page, and the files are available immediately. The download link stays valid for 30 days. If you have trouble downloading, email us with your receipt and we will send the files. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery restrictions or return costs.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery starts, if you have agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 16 lit. m of Romanian GEO 34/2014).

At checkout you are asked to give that consent and acknowledgement before paying. Because the files are available as soon as payment completes, you cannot withdraw after the purchase, except as set out in section 6.

If the right of withdrawal still applies to you (for example, you paid but the download was never made available), you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Send us a clear statement by email to contact@northshutter.dev, using the model form below if you like. We refund everything you paid without undue delay and at the latest 14 days after we receive it, using your original payment method and at no cost to you.

6. Faulty products and refunds

Your legal rights for digital content are not affected (Directive (EU) 2019/770; Romanian GEO 141/2021). If a template does not work as described, or the files are corrupted or incomplete, tell us within a reasonable time. We will fix it or provide a working version. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

7. Support

We answer questions about installing and using our templates by email. Custom changes, third-party apps and issues caused by edits you made are not covered, but we are happy to quote for them.

8. Liability

We are responsible for the products being as described. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

9. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at contact@northshutter.dev. We aim to reply within 14 days. Consumers in Romania can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there or in Romania.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you bought applies to your purchase.
