Template License

Every template stays the intellectual property of North Shutter. When you buy one, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use it under these terms.

You may

• Use the template on one live store or website (for example, one Shopify store). Development and staging copies of that same store are fine.
• Change the code, design and content as much as you like.
• Build that one store for a client. The client then holds the license, and you need one purchase per client store.

You may not

• Use one purchase on more than one live store or website.
• Resell, share, sublicense or give away the template files, whether modified or not, including as part of another theme, template or tool.
• Upload the template to a theme marketplace, or present it as your own product.

Third-party assets

Demo images, fonts and icons may be under their own licenses. These are named in the template’s documentation. Demo photos are for preview only unless the documentation says otherwise.

Updates and ending the license

We may release bug-fix updates, which you can request by email. If you break these terms, the license ends and you must stop using the template.
